• Pricing & Fees:
  • The total price displayed for a booking includes the nightly rate, cleaning fees, our service fees, and applicable taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
  • Any additional charges (e.g., security deposits, extra guest fees) will be clearly outlined in the listing or during the booking process.
• Payment Processing:
  • You authorize RoyaleEscapeVillas.id to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your booking.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Currency: Prices are typically displayed in the local currency of the property or your selected currency. Currency conversion rates may apply and are subject to change.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Host Policies: Each listing has a specific cancellation policy set by the host (e.g., Flexible, Moderate, Strict). You must review and understand this policy before booking.
• Refunds: Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the host's cancellation policy and our refund procedures. Our service fees may be non-refundable.
• Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases of extenuating circumstances (as defined in our separate Extenuating Circumstances Policy), different cancellation or refund terms may apply.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all bookings, including the correct number of guests.
• Compliance with Rules: You agree to abide by all house rules set by the host for the property you book. These rules are typically found on the listing page and in your booking confirmation.
• Respect for Property & Neighbors: You are responsible for treating the property with care and respect, and for adhering to local laws, customs, and neighborhood quiet hours.
• Reporting Issues: If you encounter any issues with the property or your host during your stay, you agree to first attempt to resolve them directly with the host. If unresolved, you should contact our Customer Support team.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Damage or misuse any property.
  • Engage in disruptive or illegal activities at the booked property.
  • Violate any local laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment system or communicate outside the Platform before booking.

7. User-Generated Content (Reviews, Messages)

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform (e.g., reviews, messages).
• License to Use: By posting content, you grant RoyaleEscapeVillas.id a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
• Content Standards: You agree that your content will be accurate, not violate any third-party rights, and not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
