Terms and Conditions

2.1. Platform Provider

RoyaleEscapeVillas.id provides an online platform that enables Hosts to create Listings for accommodations and Guests to search for, view, and book such Listings.

2.2. Intermediary Role

RoyaleEscapeVillas.id acts solely as an intermediary between Hosts and Guests. We do not own, manage, or control any Listings. We are not a party to any agreement entered into directly between Hosts and Guests (e.g., the rental agreement for a villa).

2.3. No Endorsement

While we strive to feature quality properties, RoyaleEscapeVillas.id does not endorse any Host or Listing. Any references to a Host or Listing being "verified" (or similar language) indicate only that the Host or Listing has undergone a relevant verification process on the Platform and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee by RoyaleEscapeVillas.id.

2.4. User Responsibility

3.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3.2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your password.
• Notify RoyaleEscapeVillas.id immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. Identity Verification

We may, but are not obligated to, undertake efforts to verify the identities or backgrounds of Users. You agree to cooperate with RoyaleEscapeVillas.id and provide any information reasonably requested to verify your identity.

4.1. Listing Creation

As a Host, you may create Listings. You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information about your Listing (e.g., location, amenities, availability, pricing, house rules).
• Disclose any deficiencies, restrictions, or requirements that apply to your Listing.
• Ensure your Listing and the booking of your Listing will not breach any agreements with third parties or violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rules.

4.2. Pricing and Availability

You are solely responsible for setting the price and availability for your Listing.

4.3. Host Obligations

As a Host, you are responsible for:

• Honoring all confirmed Bookings.
• Providing a safe, clean, and accurately described accommodation.
• Maintaining appropriate insurance for your Listing.
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to your Listing and hosting activities (e.g., zoning, permits, business licenses, health and safety regulations, taxes).
• Responding promptly to Guest inquiries and issues.

4.4. Payments to Hosts

• RoyaleEscapeVillas.id will collect payments from Guests on your behalf.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your income from Listings.

5.1. Booking Confirmation

When you confirm a Booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the Host. You agree to pay the total price for any Booking requested, which includes the Listing price, applicable Service Fees, cleaning fees, and taxes.

5.2. Payments

You authorize RoyaleEscapeVillas.id to charge your payment method for the total amount of your Booking.

5.3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations are governed by the specific cancellation policy chosen by the Host for the Listing (e.g., Flexible, Moderate, Strict, Non-Refundable). You must review this policy before booking.
• RoyaleEscapeVillas.id Service Fees are generally non-refundable once a Booking is confirmed.
• Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy may apply in specific situations, as detailed separately.

5.4. Guest Responsibilities

As a Guest, you agree to:

• Treat the Listing and Host with respect.
• Comply with all house rules set by the Host.
• Leave the Listing in the condition it was in when you arrived.
• Not engage in any illegal or disruptive activities at the Listing.
• Be responsible for any damages you cause to the Listing.
• Communicate with the Host through the Platform's messaging system for all Booking-related matters.

6.1. User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant RoyaleEscapeVillas.id a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Platform and RoyaleEscapeVillas.id's business, including for promoting the Platform in any media formats and through any media channels.

6.2. Content Standards

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Is accurate and not misleading.
• Does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
• Does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Is not defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, or promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.

6.3. RoyaleEscapeVillas.id Content

All Content provided by RoyaleEscapeVillas.id (excluding User Content) is the exclusive property of RoyaleEscapeVillas.id and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
